In the last week of September, the German Direct Selling Association (BDD) held this year's Direct Selling Congress at Andel's Vienna House in Berlin. One of the many items on the program of the two-day congress was the presentation of the Science Awards.
On June 20, the award ceremony for the "Preis der Deutschen Marktforschung" took place in Frankfurt am Main as part of the congress of German market research.
Once again, a student from FB4 was honored as a true "WiWi talent".
The team of the Marketing Center Münster announces that Professor Raoul Kübler will leave the Marketing Center Münster at the end of the coming summer semester to join ESSEC Business School in Paris as an Associate Professor of Marketing.
While the MCM is sad to lose a highly esteemed colleague and friend, we wish Raoul Kübler all the best for the next step in his career path. While it always comes as a disappointment to lose a valued colleague to another school, we acknowledge that ESSEC, as a world-renowned business school, is high-level competition.
On February 1, 2022, the Circle of Excellence in Marketing (CEM) partner Henkel welcomed 20 students from Berlin, Cologne and Münster to a digital workshop. The warm welcome from Katja Keulertz (Junior Consumer Insights Manager) and Nico Reichert (Global Consumer Insights Manager) was followed by a company presentation including the business units and brands from the Düsseldorf-based consumer goods manufacturer.
The AMA Winter Academic Conference is one of the most important academic conferences in the marketing discipline, bringing together scholars and practitioners from around the globe. During this year’s conference, which was split into an online part on February 10-11 on the Whova platform and an in-person part on February 18-20 in Las Vegas, USA, Professor Dr.
As a partner university of the "Makers of Tomorrow" project, we are pleased to support our students in the future in finding more courage to start their own business. "Makers of Tomorrow" is an online course for students of German-speaking universities on entrepreneurship. However, this is not an ordinary course, but a real "master class" whose vision is to give every student the opportunity to get in touch with entrepreneurship during their studies and learn from role models. In the first season, 10 inspiring founder stories are told.
As part of this year’s Customer Relationship Management and Direct Marketing (CRM & DiMa) course, lectured by Dr. Claudio Felten, two guest lectures were invited to the Chair of Marketing Management to provide practical course-related insights from their experience.
Once again, FB4 students were honored as real "WiWi Talents". Ann-Kathrin Müller and Madita Petersen were nominated for the program by Professor Manfred Krafft, Director of the Chair of Marketing Management. Due to their exceptional performance during their studies, the two master's students successfully prevailed against 160 other applicants and won one of the 15 coveted scholarship places.
