As part of this year’s Consumer Behavior master course, Carolin Müller from Henkel Beauty Care was invited to the Chair of Marketing Management to share practical course-related insights.

As Brand Activation Manager for the #1 hair styling brand Taft, she introduced students to the way of working in a professional marketing organization while providing a deeper understanding of how consumer behavior is actively incorporated into brand management. By for instance illustrating to the students how the relaunch of the iconic Taft in 2021 was implemented.

Doctoral Seminar on Meta-Analysis in Management Research by Professor Tammo Bijmolt (RUG) in a Hybrid Format

During the doctoral seminar, which took place from November 2nd till November 5th, a group of Ph.D. students from different chairs of the University of Münster’s School of Business and Economics was able to extend their knowledge about current and important meta-analysis topics. Professor Tammo Bijmolt from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen traveled from the Netherlands to give valuable insights into topics such as the role of replications and empirical generalizations in science, how to conduct meta-analyses in general, as well as how to use their findings.

Der Personalbedarf, die Bewerbungsprozesse einzelner Unternehmen und die grundlegende Arbeitsmarktsituation sind in Zeiten der Corona-Pandemie schwierig nachzuvollziehen.

Old Traditions Back to Familiar Settings - Guest Lecture by Dow in the Sales Management Course

On November 12, a long-standing tradition in the form of a guest lecture by Dow was continued in the Sales Management course. Professor Krafft and his team were pleased to welcome Klaus Rudert (Managing Director and Global Corporate Account Executive), Benedikt Rammrath (Account Executive) and Lukas Stockhausen (Account Manager). After last year's guest lecture via Zoom, fortunately all three guest lecturers found their way to Münster and spoke in person.
