CustMaS Multiplier Event in Warsaw: Advancing B2B Digital Sales Education

From January 29 to 31, the CustMaS team hosted a highly engaging multiplier event at Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego (Kozminski University) in Warsaw, Poland. As a project funded by Erasmus+, CustMaS (acronym for “Customer Management Skills in digitalizing B2B Markets”) is dedicated to enhancing Business-to-Business (B2B) Digital Sales education through research-driven insights and innovative curriculum development.

Prof. Dr. Manfred Krafft and Dr. Victoria Kramer, alongside other esteemed members of the CustMaS consortium from the University of Twente and Alba Graduate School of Business, shared key findings from the project, emphasizing the skills sales professionals need to succeed in the digital era. A highlight of the event was the presentation by practitioner partner Niczuk, who showcased their exemplary corporate practices in modern sales strategies. Additionally, a thought-provoking panel discussion focused on the sales curriculum being developed within CustMaS, designed to equip future professionals with essential competencies for an evolving marketplace.

Beyond these discussions, the CustMaS team took advantage of the productive week in Warsaw to film content for an upcoming Massive Open Online Course (MOOC). Thanks to Erasmus+ funding, this MOOC, built on the project's research and designed curriculum for a Master's program in B2B Digital Sales, will soon be accessible to learners across Europe, providing a valuable educational resource for aspiring sales professionals.

To ensure broader dissemination of the findings, an online session will be held in the coming months to share the final project results with a wider audience. Stay tuned for updates on how to participate in this upcoming event!
